I've been a bad, bad girl. Neglecting my claim even though I did write stuff for it.
Title: Deadly Combination
Rating: K/PG
Genre: Humor
Word Count: 218
Pairing: N/A
Summary: Taijiya are deadly in more ways than one.
The group watched in fascinated horror as Sango prepared the nightly meal. Random ingredients were tossed together to create something that barely looked edible. Miroku and Inuyasha had tried to convince Kagome to lend a helping hand but she held firm in her belief that Sango knew what she was doing.
Kirara had long since disappeared. A sign, according to Inuyasha, that did not bode well for the evening. Kagome only glared, silencing the hanyou with an implied threat of an ‘osuwari.’
When Sango called out that the meal was ready, the group hesitantly came forward. Miroku, seeing an opening, quickly groped the young woman in front of him and ended up with a face full of food. Inuyasha snickered as Sango dished out the rest of the portions, pointedly ignoring Miroku.
Shippou dumped his bowl, letting out a cry and pointing an accusing finger at Inuyasha. Frozen, the hanyou could barely think before he was sent face first into his portion of the meal. A second portion was spilled on his head as Kagome admonished him for wasting food.
Sango let out a distressed cry, quickly walking away from the group. Kagome glared at the remaining three and sighed. “Her cooking isn’t that bad!”
Inuyasha picked himself off the ground, spitting. “You didn’t have to taste it.”
